Methane smell

This is just to let you know that this morning, Saturday March 15, at 6:30 a.m., I smelled a very strong smell of gas/methane all around my house.

I called 1-800-cutsmog and got a return call from Inspector Ash (sp?). He went out to the PXP site and found that one of their waste tanks was emitting fumes. PXP was able to repair it on the spot, but AQMD issued them a citation for the violation.
