PXP Landscape Plan Comments

Part of the PXP Oil CSD is a provision to improve the landscaping of the oil fields.  The Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning recently requested comments on the landscaping plan.  The CCNA (of course) sent in some comments, which are in the pdf below.
