On behalf of the CCNA Board, a Public Records Act Request has been filed with the AQMD, requesting AQMD documents relating to PXP Oil. The requested records include:
- Site Inspection Reports
- Emissions Summary
- Air Monitoring Data
- Source Test Reports
- Notices of Violation
- Notices to Comply
- Complaints
- Any documents relating to the disposition, status reports or closing memos for all NOVs and N/Cs (notices of violation and notices to comply).
It is through records requests like these that we, the neighbors, find out about what has been going on next door in the Baldwin Hills Oil Fields.
