Our own Build Resilience training program starts this coming Monday, March 30, 2015, at Marycrest Manor.  Attendance is free, and it is not necessary to commit to all 5 classes (but encouraged!).

Dates: Mondays 7:00pm – 9:00pm for the next 5 weeks (March 30, April 6, 13, 20, and 27th).
